Frontier is a private, non-profit Child Placement Agency striving to provide displaced children a safe, stable home environment until they  can reunite with their biological family, be adopted, or emancipate.  We primarily serve children in the Denver Metro area and northern Colorado, but we accept referrals from any county within the state of Colorado.  We work with therapeutic children with or without special needs and medically fragile children with special needs.  Our philosophy is to provide children with as normal a home environment as possible, emphasizing normalization, personal responsibility, and self-sufficiency.

Frontier Family Services, licensed in January 1, 2000 by the State Department of Human Services, strives to promote the health and well being of children in out-of-home care.  Our primary objective and concern is for children and youth in the State of Colorado, birth to 21, in need of a loving home environment regardless of race, religion, orientation or gender.  We advocate the principal of normalization for all children and youth regardless of physical, mental or emotional abilities.
